US domestic shipping
Depending on the weight of the order we may use local carriers to handle your order. Most products have flat rate shipping depending on the weight of the order.
International shipping
For international shipping, we will only use local services once they shipped from the warehouse. There will be a flat rate, but this depends on the country and customs. McCrae is not responsible for extra fees for items to clear customs, this responsibility falls onto the customer.
Returns
Return Cost
Almost all returns will be free of cost if the product is unopened from its original packaging. McCrae is not able to reuse opened packages. If an order is of a certain weight and needs a larger shipping box, the customer may be accountable to ship the items to our warehouse.
30 Days to Return
You have 30 days from the moment your shipment arrives.
Returns and Exchanges
To initiate a return, please contact us by filling out a form in our contact page. Please allow up to 48 hours for customer service to respond. If our response time delays the 30 day return window, we will honor the return.
Stickers can not be returned.
Batch Orders
All clothing is produced and shipped in batches from other orders if designated for the same region. Please allow approximately 10–20 days for order processing and delivery within the U.S. and some territories overseas.
Orders are prepared in advance and shipped once the current batch is complete. You may receive a tracking email before your items are officially shipped.
Stickers and smaller items will ship separately and should arrive earlier than clothing.
